I love this image, these little girls look so cosy engrossed in their book. I made the card for Julie's birthday, using blue gemstones card stock, Pink Petticoat gingham backing paper, metalic silver layer, the LOTV image with craftwork card candy and sentiment. Think with hindsight I should have put the image on straight but hey!
The sentiment says "The stars exist that we might know how high our dreams can soar"
I made this card for my friend Tams's little girl's birthday. I kept it simple, the picture of the dog was on the backing paper complete, so I concentrated on making a raised scalloped circle to fit within the flowers already on the backing paper. I think it worked and I can see I may use it again for a child's card.
Thank you for looking..........
